Integration Coaching

Integration from our point of view is a shared responsibility between both parties, and there is nothing right or wrong, but rather seeing the issue as a matter of cooperation not challenging.

Through this project, we provide all courses and services to the Arab community in their mother tongue, taking into account the special and exceptional circumstances of the refugees.

When we talk about integration, we are necessarily talking about two parties, one is stable in terms of place and circumstances, and the other is a newcomer to this place. Here, when talking about this critical issue, we must be fair with the two parties, the guest and the host. During the last twenty years, the word (integration) has been repeated a lot, and it has become noticeable that there is a great reservation that may reach the point of absolute rejection, especially by immigrants or new refugees. This reaction is due to several reasons, the most obvious reasons on the part of the German authorities, as well as German society as the host, have not yet been able to obtain a clear definition and form for this term, so that the new guest knows what is required specifically.

There are those who consider that access to successful integration lies in:

  • Quick mastery of language
  • Successful entry into the labor market
  • Giving a reaction to a specific event that is largely consistent with the way German society reacts.

The lack of clarity for the newcomer increases the difficulty for him as well as for the host for the reasons related to expatriates, they are in general:

  • Not clearly understanding what is required.
  • Not having enough flexibility and not giving enough opportunities to understand the new society̛ s point of view.
  • Taking the issue from a different angle, as if abandoning beliefs and Habits and replacing them entirely with a new form.

Through our project, we provide consultations and training courses:

  • For offices and authorities specialized in dealing with new foreign arrivals
  • Employees at labor offices
  • Employees of temporary or permanent refugee reception centers, as well as immigrants and refugees.

Integration from our point of view is a shared responsibility between both parties, and there is nothing right or wrong, but rather seeing the issue as a matter of cooperation not challenging.

Through these training courses and consultations, we also offer the best to our clients.

through years of experience in voluntary or paid work in the field of supporting and receiving refugees and helping them to overcome the obstacles that new arrivals usually face so that we can provide the necessary support in bringing the views of all parties closer to overcome the obstacles that would make the way longer for everyone.
